Welcome to CardLedger. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and usage of the CardLedger mobile application, developed by IND Tech Mark. By downloading, installing, or operating this application, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. License Grant
IND Tech Mark grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to download, install, and operate the CardLedger application on personal Android devices strictly for non-commercial, personal entertainment purposes.
2. Usage Rules
By using the application, you agree NOT to:
- Modify, disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the application source code.
- Use the application for illegal purposes or in a manner that violates local gaming regulations.
- Redistribute, sell, lease, or sub-license the application software to third parties without prior written consent from IND Tech Mark.
3. Offline Nature & Data Preservation
CardLedger operates as a fully local offline scoreboard tool. It does not synchronize with external servers or cloud accounts. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Uninstalling the application will permanently erase your local database records, score histories, and player statistics.
- We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from application deletion, system crashes, device failure, or failure to export regular database backups.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, assets, brand names (including "CardLedger" and "IND Tech Mark"), layouts, and graphic components belong exclusively to IND Tech Mark. You do not acquire ownership rights by downloading or using the software.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The CardLedger application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. IND Tech Mark disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the application will meet your requirements or run completely error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IND Tech Mark shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from the download, installation, use, or inability to use the CardLedger application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Updates Policy
We may release updates to improve performance, add features, or resolve issues. These updates are deployed through Google Play. We recommend keeping the application updated to ensure compatibility and system stability.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IND Tech Mark operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
